How to change the printer from offline to online status

Option 1:- Run Hp printer and scan doctor
1. Run the Hp Print and Scan Doctor application to find the error to solve. You will find a version specially designed to solve this offline printer issue by clicking here.
2. Select the administrator mode. Then download an application HPPSdr.exe by clicking it from the download location and then run it.
3. If pop-up advice comes about the file. Choose yes because the source of the file is Hp tech support.
4. Press Start and choose your Hp printer.
5. If your printer does not come in your list then restart your computer and retry in the print and scan doctor application.
6. The application will find the possible issue for connection. Follow the steps and press Yes to turn on the printer updates. Continue the process and again press yes to make the printer default device.
